RFB 23-24-45 Annual Contract for Evidence Towing & Storage Services                             Deadline: 05/01/2025 @ 2:00pm                                                                                                   The City of Visalia is soliciting bids for an annual contract for police evidence towing & storage services. This solicitation for bid includes two (2) options:  Option 1, Light Duty Vehicle Evidence Towing and Option 2, Heavy Duty Vehicle Evidence Towing.  Prospective bidders may bid on one or both options, but are not required to bid on both options. The initial contract shall be for a five (5) year term and shall, at the City’s option and upon mutually agreeable terms, be renewable annually thereafter for five (5) consecutive one-year periods.    For more information click here.

RFB 24-25-51 Supply & Deliver New Weapon Mounted Optics & Lights                              Deadline: 05/06/2025 @ 2:00pm                                                                                                     The City of Visalia is soliciting bids for the supply and delivery of new weapon mounted optics and lights for the Visalia Police Department. It is the City’s intent to purchase one hundred eighty (180) ROMEO5 GEN II ELITE weapon mounted optics and one hundred forty-two (142) STREAMLIGHT PROTAC RAIL MOUNT 2 weapon mounted flashlights. This solicitation for bid includes two (2) options:  Option 1, Supply & Deliver New Weapon Mounted Optics and Option 2, Supply & Deliver New Weapon Mounted Lights as specified in the RFB.  Prospective bidders may bid on one or both options, but are not required to bid on both options.  This project is supported, in whole or in part, by 2023-2024 Citizens Option for Public Safety (COPS) program funds awarded to the City of Visalia by the State of California.  The City has budgeted approximately $72,000 for this project. RFP 24-25-06 Professional Services to Update Visalia's Active Transportation Plan        Deadline: 05/13/2025 @ 2:00pm                                                                                                    The City of Visalia is requesting proposals from qualified firms or teams for Active Transportation Planning Services to develop an update to the City of Visalia's current Active Transportation Plan. The scope of this proposal will be to assist the City of Visalia in analyzing and documenting baseline conditions of the City's overall transportation network, actively engaging in the community engagement process, developing design concepts and recommendations to improve multi modal transportation city wide. RFB 24-25-27 FY 24/25 Cape Seal Project                                                                            Deadline: 05/12/2025 @ 2:00pm                                                                                                      The City of Visalia is seeking bids from qualified contractors to furnish all materials, supplies, equipment, and labor to perform the work as specified in the RFB document for FY 24/25 Cape Seal Project.
